Retailers
SEGMENT PROFILES
These are the craftsmen and designers who individually produce and sell their products, usually to a niche market. They do not have the expertise or budget to formulate comprehensive marketing efforts, but they have a story to tell. They need a third party to assist with communicating this story and negotiating with retailers. They want a simple, straightforward and budget-friendly experience that allows for measurable results. They want to take advantage of the visually appealing property of video and digital advertising.
Retailers
These businesses have one goal in mind: to maximize sales and profit. These retailers know that they can increase sales by highlighting the positives of their products and differentiating their market offerings from competitors. Their reputation is very important and they must maintain a certain image standard within the local community. Any additional in-store displays or marketing setups must be simple, effective, and consumer- friendly.
TARGETING
The targeted retailers specialize in carrying local and artisan foods and have a reputation for quality and uniqueness within their community. It is important to them that customers have a satisfying consumer experience while shopping in their store. They want to maximize their sales in the simplest way possible. It is important to these retailers that any added marketing or selling systems have a measurable component and that results can be properly quantified.

Retailers are juggling many moving parts of their business and will only consider or allow a marketing system in their store that increases sales without complicating their operational processes.
